Summer does not have to mean indoors
From June to September, most outdoor team building in Dubai stops. Teams end up in the same escape rooms and bowling alleys. But the desert does not close in summer — it just changes its hours. Before sunrise and after dark, the sand cools down and the dunes are almost empty.
Sunrise sessions: 6:00 to 10:00
The early morning is the coolest moment of a summer day in the desert. Start with a dune buggy convoy at first light, then breakfast in the desert before the heat comes back. Bonus: buggy rides that start between 6:00 and 10:59 are 20% cheaper.
Night sessions: after sunset
At night the desert becomes a different place. Ride quads or buggies with lights through the dunes, play paintball under lights, then sit together under the stars. Our night experience in the Dubai desert brings the team back to the city the same night.

Tips for summer team days
- Avoid 11:00 to 17:00 for any outdoor activity.
- Bring plenty of water and light, long clothes.
- Keep the programme short: two activities and dinner.
- Book early: summer evenings are popular with companies too.
