Wild Adventures organises outdoor team building and corporate events in the Dubai desert: dune buggy convoys, quad relays, paintball, dirt bike lessons, sandboarding and a BBQ dinner in the dunes. Everything happens at our own base in Al Badayer, with our own fleet and licensed guides. Every programme is built for your group and quoted on WhatsApp, and the price per person drops as the group grows.
Most team building in Dubai happens indoors: escape rooms, workshops, hotel ballrooms. The desert gives your team something an office can't: a shared adrenaline rush, real teamwork behind the wheel and a sunset nobody forgets. People who rarely talk at work end up laughing in the same buggy.
No driving licence is needed and drivers must be at least 16. Colleagues who prefer not to drive can ride as passengers, join the 4x4 desert safari or wait at the camp with the BBQ.
Pick two or three for a half day, more for a full day. We balance driving, competition and time together.

At our desert base in Al Badayer, on the Dubai–Hatta road, about 45 minutes to an hour from central Dubai. The base has a café, lockers and a car wash, and the dunes start right behind it.
Yes, on request. Tell us how many people and where they start from, and we add transport to the quote. Teams can also come straight to the base by car.
From October to April, the afternoon into sunset is the favourite: activities in the golden light, then dinner in the dunes. In the hot months we run early-morning and night programmes, because our vehicles run around the clock.
