Our evening desert safari in Dubai starts when the heat fades: an hour of 4×4 dune bashing, the sun sinking behind the dunes, then a camp that lights up for a BBQ dinner, belly dance, Tanoura and a fire show under the first stars. Hotel pickup and drop-off included.

Your driver meets you at the lobby. Maximum 6 guests per air-conditioned 4×4, so everyone gets a window.
- 16:00–17:30Dune bashing
The road ends, and the 4×4 climbs, tilts and drops through the dunes. Hold on, and laugh.
- 17:30–18:00Sunset photo stop
Engines off on top of a dune while the sun goes down over the sand. Optional camel ride.
- 18:00–21:00Desert camp
Find your seat in the camp, then the BBQ dinner, belly dance, Tanoura dance and a fire show under the stars.
- 21:00–22:00Drive back to your hotel
A quiet ride back to the city lights, sand still in your shoes.

We time the dune bashing so you reach the top of a dune just before sunset: the sand turns orange, then pink, then the first stars appear.

How much is the evening desert safari in Dubai?
AED 350 per adult in a shared 4×4, AED 150 per child aged 4 to 11 and AED 100 per toddler under 4. A private 4×4 for up to 5 guests costs AED 1,750. Hotel pickup, dune bashing, the BBQ dinner and the live shows are included.
What time does the Dubai evening desert safari start?
We pick you up from your hotel between 15:00 and 15:30. After dune bashing and the sunset stop, you reach the camp around 18:00 and you are back at your hotel between 21:00 and 22:00.

What should I wear?
Light, comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Bring a light jacket for the evening and night safaris: the desert cools down after sunset.

Dubai is still asleep when your driver picks you up. Forty-five minutes later the first light turns the dunes gold, and the desert belongs to your group alone: dune bashing, a camel ride, sandboarding and Arabic coffee, back at your hotel about four hours later.

Most visitors leave the desert at 9 pm. On our overnight desert safari, you stay. After the dune bashing, the dinners and the shows, the camp goes quiet, a guide points a telescope at the stars and you sleep in your own air-conditioned tent. At sunrise, a camel trek and an Arabic breakfast. Back at your hotel around 9 am, AED 950 per person.
